Account Deletion Request
If you wish to permanently delete your BASCH account and all associated data, please email us at support@basch.in with your registered email address.
Please include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line and provide your registered email address in the message body.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon request, the following data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 7 working days:
- Your account details (name, email, phone number)
- Tournament participation data and match history
- Court booking history
- Profile information and preferences
- Communication history and notifications
- Payment methods and billing information
Data Retention
Some financial or transactional data may be retained for legal and accounting purposes for a limited time, as required by law. This includes:
- Payment transaction records (for tax and audit purposes)
- Refund and dispute records
- Legal compliance data as mandated by applicable laws
This data is anonymized where possible and will be deleted once the legal retention period expires.
Processing Timeline
7 Working Days
Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 7 working days of receiving your request.
